Today was the day that we had to decide which song we was going to make a music video for. We wanted it to be an upbeat song as in our prelim task we did a quite sad/low song "Whiter shade of pale by Annie Lennox" and we new that to make it more "pop" it had to be upbeat. After playing hundreds of CD's and sifting through Youtube, we created a list of 3 possible songs.
1. Eminem- Not Afraid

2. Don't look back into the sun- The Libertines
3. Mika-We are Golden
We thought hard about these choices and listened to each of them intensively, until we came up with out decision. We thought that if we did a video to a well known song/artist, we would already have preconceived ideas and would naturally incorporate those into our own. We didn't want to be influenced by current videos so we decided to go for the one out of the three that doesn't in fact have a "proper" professional video.
This left us happily with....The Libertines.
